Your new role

As a Psychologist at PeopleSense by Altius, you'll deliver a diverse range of clinical and organisational psychology services, supporting individuals and organisations across a variety of settings.

Your work may include:

- EAP Counselling – providing psychological support to adults, children, adolescents and couples.

- Onsite Services and Critical Incident Responses – supporting people in their workplaces during challenging times and following critical incidents, with opportunities to travel and earn bonuses.





- Private Practice / Medicare Rebated Counselling – delivering therapeutic services to private clients.

- Compensation Scheme Work – supporting people experiencing pain-related issues, injury adjustment and trauma associated with acquired injuries.

- Multidisciplinary Interventions – collaborating with other health professionals to achieve positive client outcomes.

- Psychological Assessments – conducting assessments to support individual and organisational needs.

- Bespoke Projects – delivering targeted psychological services and initiatives to address specific customer and client challenges.

- Adaptable Service Delivery – working with a combination of in-person and online clients, across both short-term and longer-term engagements.
