We're partnering with an established organisation seeking an experienced TechnologyOne Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Consultant for an initial six month contract.
This is a hands on consulting opportunity for someone who understands TechnologyOne ECM, enjoys solving business problems and can work confidently with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
The Opportunity
You'll play a key role in optimising and enhancing the organisation's TechnologyOne ECM environment, improving document management, business processes and information accessibility.
We're looking for someone who can do more than explain how the system should work. We need someone who can get in, configure it and make it work.
What You'll Be Doing
- Configure, enhance and support TechnologyOne ECM functionality.
- Review existing document and records management processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Design and implement ECM workflows, document structures, metadata and security permissions.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into practical system solutions.
- Support integration between ECM and other TechnologyOne modules and business applications.
- Troubleshoot system issues and deliver ongoing improvements.
- Assist with testing, documentation, training and knowledge transfer.
- Provide expert advice on ECM best practices and solution design.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated hands on experience implementing, configuring or supporting TechnologyOne ECM.
- Strong understanding of document management, records management and workflow automation.
- Experience working within TechnologyOne environments, ideally including Ci Anywhere.
- Ability to analyse business requirements and deliver practical technical solutions.
- Experience with ECM configuration, permissions, metadata and document lifecycle management.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Previous consulting or project delivery experience.
- Ability to work independently and deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes.
Experience with TechnologyOne implementations, system integrations or ECM migrations will be highly regarded.
