- Lead safety culture initiatives within a specialised modular housing facility
- 3-month contract with potential for extension
- Autonomous site-based role supported by a wider regional WHS team

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with site leadership to promote a strong workplace health and safety culture.
- Lead daily pre-start meetings and provide guidance on high-risk activities and site hazards.
- Review and support compliance with Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS).




- Conduct comprehensive site inspections, audits and safety observations.
- Facilitate monthly safety meetings and workforce engagement initiatives.
- Investigate incidents, hazards and near misses and implement corrective actions.
- Provide expert WHS advice to ensure compliance with legislation, Codes of Practice and safety management systems.

About You:

- Cert IV in Work Health and Safety.
- Current White Card and Driver's Licence.
- Previous experience in WHS advisory roles within construction, manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Solid knowledge of incident investigations, audits, risk assessments and workplace compliance.
