Property Network of Australia is seeking a Senior Portfolio Asset Manager to join a respected property management business focused on delivering high-quality service and optimising asset performance for clients.

The company manages a broad portfolio of commercial and retail properties, supporting growth and operational excellence in the property sector. We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience overseeing portfolio management (hands on), client relationships, and portfolio performance in a commercial property environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring compliance, maximising returns, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and tenants. You will collaborate with the wider property management team and be well-supported in a AI-aware environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:





- Manage day-to-day operations and performance of a property portfolio
- Oversee lease events, rent reviews, and critical dates for managed properties
- Prepare and implement annual budgets and financial statements
- Coordinate maintenance, inspections, and compliance schedules
- Develop and maintain strong client and tenant relationships
- Support new business pitches and portfolio growth initiatives

The ideal candidate will have:

- Minimum three years' experience in retail or commercial asset management
- Proficiency in property management software (MRI, Cirrus8 etc) and MS Office Suite
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritise, show initiative, and work independently
- Excellent client service and a collaborative team approach
