An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced Coordinator to join our Commercial Operations team in Melbourne and provide high-quality operational and administrative support to the field sales team.
In this varied role, you will help keep key sales processes, systems and activities running efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities for sales employees
- Managing logistics, travel and administration for key customer events
- Supporting financial processes, including purchase requisitions, invoice processing and fuel cards
- Acting as a system administrator and providing user support across internal commercial systems
- Maintaining contracts and associated records within the Contract Management System
- Preparing Medicines Australia compliance reports and coordinating Code of Conduct training
- Coordinating mobile phones, iPads and other technology requirements for the sales team
- Supporting process improvements and maintaining accurate, compliant documentation
Your skills and experience:
- Previous coordination or administration experience within a large corporate environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or healthcare industry
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning recent systems
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong stakeholder-management and relationship-building skills
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- A professional approach and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- A flexible, service-focused mindset and willingness to support a broad range of activities
