Sheetmetal Supervisor | Temp to Perm | Immediate Start

We are seeking an experienced Sheetmetal Supervisor with a solid trade background and proven leadership experience to oversee fabrication teams and operations across multiple locations.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established industry professional with the ability to lead teams, coordinate workloads and maintain high standards of safety, quality and productivity.

The Role

- Supervise and lead teams of approximately 10–20 personnel across multiple locations.
- Oversee day-to-day sheetmetal fabrication and workshop operations.
- Coordinate labour, workloads, job priorities and operational requirements.
- Monitor production schedules, quality standards and project deadlines.
- Provide direction, support and leadership to tradespeople and workshop personnel.
- Oversee fabrication activities involving sheetmetal processing and laser cutting.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient operational delivery.
- Assist with estimating, job costing and project planning where required.

What We're Looking For





- Formal trade qualification or strong trade background in Sheetmetal Fabrication.
- Demonstrated experience supervising teams of approximately 10–20 employees.
- Strong technical understanding of sheetmetal fabrication and workshop processes.
- Practical knowledge of laser cutting operations.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple sites, teams and competing priorities.
- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Estimating experience highly desirable.
- Flexibility to work across Perth-based locations, with occasional FIFO travel.
