You will take responsibility for a small, tidy and well-maintained residential portfolio, allowing you to provide a high level of service to landlords and tenants while enjoying a manageable workload and a positive team environment.

The Role

- Manage a small, tidy and well-maintained residential property portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate routine inspections, entry and exit condition reports
- Oversee property maintenance and liaise with relevant tradespeople
- Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and general tenancy matters
- Ensure compliance with relevant residential tenancy legislation
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high portfolio standards




- Work closely with an experienced and supportive team to ensure the smooth day-to-day management of the portfolio

About You

- Previous experience in residential Property Management
- Strong knowledge of residential tenancy legislation and property management processes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, organised and professional approach
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
- High attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional customer service
- Current QLD real estate registration or licence
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
