Work Hours: 2 days work from home

Manage customer complaints, investigate product issues, oversee warranty claims and coordinate solutions across internal teams and suppliers to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Seeking an experienced, customer-focused qualified with a background in quality, after-sales, warranty or manufacturing, and strong problem-solving and complaint management skills.
- Must have excellent communication,



stakeholder management and organisational skills, with SAP/ERP experience and technical industry exposure highly desirable.
