An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contract Administrator to join a top-tier fit-out and refurbishment builder on a short-term contract for an initial period of a few months.
Working on high-quality commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects in the Sydney CBD, you will play a key role in the commercial management of projects, with a strong focus on pricing, variations and head contract administration.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute CA who can hit the ground running and add immediate value to a busy project team.
The Role

- Manage head contract administration and commercial processes.
- Prepare, review and manage project pricing and cost submissions.
- Assess, negotiate and administer variations and EOT claims.
- Prepare variation submissions and supporting contractual documentation.
- Review scopes of work, subcontractor pricing and cost variations.
- Manage progress claims, payment schedules and contractual correspondence.
- Work closely with Project Managers and senior management to maintain commercial control.




- Ensure contractual obligations, notices and deadlines are effectively managed.

About You
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction.
- Strong background in commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.
- Solid understanding of head contracts and contractual administration.
- Highly capable in pricing, variation management and cost negotiation.
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
- Able to work autonomously and hit the ground running.
- Available to commence immediately.
