To be successful you must have the following:

- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor within the commercial construction industry
- A proven ability to deliver projects from commencement through to completion
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing multiple trades onsite
- Robust knowledge of construction methodologies, WHS and quality procedures
- The ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership of site operations
