With up-to-date manufacturing facilities across South-East Melbourne, the business continues to grow and is looking to strengthen its people and culture function. Partnering with Options Consulting Group, the business is seeking an experienced People & Culture Leader to take ownership of the HR function and play an influential role across the organisation.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work closely with the Executive Team, operational leaders and employees, providing leadership across the full employee lifecycle. This is a broad, hands-on role combining day-to-day HR management with the opportunity to shape people practices, strengthen leadership capability and influence broader business performance.

Your remit will span recruitment and workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, workplace investigations, remuneration, employee development, engagement and wellbeing. You will also provide sound commercial advice on employment matters,



ensure legislative compliance and support managers in navigating the people challenges that come with a growing operational business.

This opportunity will suit an experienced HR generalist who enjoys being close to the business, building relationships and balancing commercial priorities with positive employee outcomes. You'll be comfortable working across all levels of an organisation, from the factory floor through to the Executive Team, bringing sound judgement, resilience and a practical, solutions-focused approach.

Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline, alongside demonstrated experience in a senior HR generalist or management role, are required. Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and industrial relations is essential. Experience in manufacturing, food production or a similar operational environment will be highly regarded.
