We're working with a highly regarded Gold Coast boutique firm looking to appoint a commercial property lawyer with approximately 3–7 years' PAE to its growing property practice.

The work
There is a strong focus on commercial and retail leasing, acting for both landlords and tenants, alongside a broader mix of property transactions, including:

- Drafting and negotiating commercial and retail leases, agreements for lease, assignments and variations.
- Commercial property acquisitions and disposals, including contracts, due diligence and settlements.
- Advising clients on property transactions and related commercial issues.
- Exposure to more complex property and development work as your experience grows.

You'll enjoy direct client contact, autonomy to manage your matters and excellent senior support when needed.

About you
You'll ideally bring:

- 3–7 years' PAE in property law.
- Strong commercial property experience,



particularly commercial and retail leasing.
- Good drafting, negotiation and client relationship skills.
- A practical, commercially focused approach and an interest in continuing to develop.
