The opportunity
As Associate Director, you'll own end-to-end searches for senior commercial and leadership roles in technology. It's a true 360 role that blends strategy, delivery and client partnership, and you'll have the freedom to design how you work.
What you'll do
• Own retained and exclusive client relationships, with the autonomy and trust to run them your way
• Lead research, market mapping and direct approach for hard-to-find GTM talent
• Run the full process from brief to shortlist to offer, and stay close well beyond placement
• Partner with the Founding Director on executive search mandates and growing the xtend brand
• Shape content, EVP work and market insight, including our annual Technology Salary Guide
About you
You're personable, strategic and organised. People trust you, and you consistently deliver. You'll thrive here if you:
• Have proven experience as a 360 recruiter or senior consultant (agency or boutique), ideally in tech or GTM
• Are confident managing senior stakeholders and complex, confidential searches
• Enjoy high-touch, relationship-led work more than a numbers game
• Are self-directed and commercially sharp, and you value autonomy, creativity and flexibility
• Want work that's meaningful, not mechanical
