The Principal Planner would provide senior technical, project and client leadership across complex planning and development projects, with responsibility for developing approval strategies, leading multidisciplinary project delivery, managing key client and stakeholder relationships, supporting commercial performance and business development, and mentoring planning professionals. The role acts as a senior planning adviser within multidisciplinary project teams,



integrating statutory and strategic planning requirements with engineering, environmental and other technical disciplines to identify development risks, inform project design and deliver efficient and commercially pragmatic approval outcomes. The role has accountability for operational performance, financial management and professional standards within the Planning discipline, working across strategic and statutory planning, development applications, due diligence, structure and master planning, and community consultation.
