The Person

- Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Strong knowledge of residential tenancy legislation
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confident handling landlord and tenant enquiries
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to Property Management
- Experience managing inner-city apartments is advantageous

The Role

- Manage the day-to-day operations of a residential property portfolio
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs and contractor appointments
- Manage rental arrears, lease renewals and rent reviews
- Conduct routine inspections and prepare relevant reports




- Handle tenancy matters and NCAT proceedings where required
- Ensure properties are managed in accordance with legislation
- Deliver a high standard of service to clients
