We're looking for talented, passionate and experienced chefs to join our growing team of hospitality professionals.

️ RESORT OPPORTUNITIES

- Work alongside a team chefs.
- Fine dining and upmarket resort environments.
- Lunch and dinner service.
- Contracts commencing as soon as possible.
- Initial contracts of 4–8 weeks.
- Ongoing opportunities available following successful completion.

HOTELS | PUBS | RESORTS

- Solo Chef, Senior Chef and Chef de Partie positions.
- A la carte dining and quality food preparation.
- Split shifts.
- 4+ week ongoing contracts.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
We're looking for trade-qualified chefs with at least 3–5 years of professional kitchen experience who are ready to take on their next challenge.

You'll ideally have:

- A strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
- The ability to consistently produce high-quality food.
- A positive, enthusiastic and genuine 'can-do' attitude.
- Your own traditional chef uniform and professional knives.
- Experience in quality a la carte dining and/or bulk cooking.
- A keen eye for detail and pride in presentation.
- The ability and enthusiasm to contribute to menu planning and creative suggestions.
- A passion for learning, developing and expanding your culinary knowledge.
- The confidence and enthusiasm to motivate yourself and those around you.

Most importantly, we want chefs who love what they do, take pride in their work and aren't afraid of a little adventure!
