We're looking for a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Receptionist to join a well-established and highly regarded Real Estate agency with over 20 years of experience. As the welcoming face of the business, you'll play a key role in creating outstanding first impressions while supporting a friendly and successful team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and wants to build a career within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide a professional and welcoming first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members
- Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries efficiently
- Assist with data entry and general administrative tasks
- Support the Sales and Property Management teams with day-to-day administration
- Help maintain a qualified, organised, and inviting office setting
- Coordinate office supplies, marketing brochures, key management, and team events
- Contribute to the smooth running of daily office operations

About You

- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
- Friendly, positive, and professional in your approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills




- Well organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
- Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn
- Previous reception or administration experience is desirable but not essential
- Suitable for entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic and a willingness to develop their skills
