With recent project wins, they are now looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the team.

Your New Role
This role will be commencing in January on a commercial project valued under $10M on Brisbane's northside. As Site Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on site, managing subcontractors, coordinating trades, and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Your Duties and Responsibilities

- Oversee daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors and trades.
- Manage construction programs, ensuring project milestones are achieved.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance across the site.
- Work closely with the Project Manager and wider construction team.




- Conduct site inspections, manage defects, and ensure quality workmanship.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders.

What You Will Need to Succeed

- Previous experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial construction projects, ideally up to $10M–$15M.
- A current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence.
- Trade background or relevant tertiary qualifications in construction.
- Strong understanding of construction programs, safety, and quality requirements.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and subcontractor management skills.
- A hands-on approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
