Our client is an established project management consultancy offering comprehensive services across the commercial, retail, industrial, healthcare/education and hospitality sectors. They pride themselves on building strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders. The team has extensive national and international experience which enables them to deliver complex projects across Australia and beyond.
They are in an exciting growth phase and are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their high performing team.

The role will involve the following:

- Manage the entire lifecycle of multiple projects
- Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders
- Budgeting and cost control and financial reporting
- Proactively address any issues that arise during the project to avoid delays or budget overruns.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, designs, permits, and reports.

CRITERIA

- Must have 3 + years Project Management experience in any of the following: Architecture, planning, built form, development, design or any other related property field.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and enjoy a “quasi style” project management role
- Ideally have advanced experience in Microsoft Office, especially MS Projects
- Solid stakeholder management and communication skills – written and verbal
- High level attention to detail
- Must have a vehicle
- Related property or construction degree is ideal
