We are currently representing a well-established and highly regarded real estate agency in the Rooty Hill area that is looking to welcome an experienced Property Manager to their team.

This isn't a role where you'll be expected to do everything yourself. You'll have the support of a dedicated Leasing Consultant who takes care of open homes, applications, tenant follow-ups and ingoing inspections, allowing you to focus on managing your portfolio and building strong relationships with your landlords.

The Role

- Take ownership of an established residential property portfolio
- Build and maintain solid relationships with landlords and tenants
- Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and rental arrears
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs and general tenancy matters
- Oversee tenancy applications and liaise with property owners
- Attend NCAT hearings when required




- Work alongside a dedicated Leasing Consultant who handles day-to-day leasing responsibilities

About You

- Minimum 2 years' experience in residential Property Management
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
- Strong knowledge of NSW residential tenancy legislation
- Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
