Haven Recruitment is partnering with a boutique property business specialising in land sales across boutique estates. Working closely with developers, the team based on the south side of Brisbane, combines extensive industry experience with targeted sales and marketing strategies to deliver successful subdivision projects, you’ll play an active role from initial enquiry through to settlement.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Following up buyer enquiries and building relationships over the phone.
- Understanding buyers’ budgets, preferences and building plans to identify suitable land options.
- Maintaining regular contact with prospective buyers and managing your sales pipeline.
- Providing vendors with timely updates on buyer feedback and market activity.
- Monitoring land pricing, competing estates and market trends.
- Coordinating with buyers, developers and relevant stakeholders throughout the sales process.
- Keeping buyer records and follow-up activity accurate and up to date.

What you’ll bring





- A current QLD Real Estate Licence.
- Previous sales experience and a track record of building solid customer relationships.
- Confident phone sales skills and a proactive approach to following up enquiries.
- Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple buyers at different stages.
- A personable, professional approach and the motivation to grow your career.
- Experience in residential building, house and land sales, or working with first-home buyers would be highly regarded.

- $70K Base + Super + Commission, with indicative annual commissions of $10K –$30K and OTE $100K.
