An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join a well-established and highly regarded project sales company based in the Sutherland Shire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and creative individual who enjoys the fast-paced nature of real estate and has a passion for property marketing, sales administration and coordinating successful campaigns.

Working closely with an experienced sales team, you'll play an integral role in supporting residential development projects, coordinating marketing initiatives and ensuring the smooth delivery of sales campaigns from launch through to settlement.

The Role

- Coordinate marketing campaigns for residential property developments
- Manage property listings, marketing collateral and digital advertising
- Liaise with developers, sales agents, external suppliers and marketing agencies
- Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, brochures and project marketing materials
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including contracts, documentation and buyer enquiries
- Maintain CRM databases, sales reports and campaign tracking
- Coordinate project launches, display suite requirements and promotional events




- Ensure all marketing materials and sales documentation are accurate and delivered on time

About You

- Previous experience in real estate sales administration, marketing or a similar coordination role
- Experience within project sales or residential developments would be highly regarded
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva and CRM systems
- A proactive, professional and positive approach
- Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine interest in property, marketing and residential developments
