This is a fantastic opportunity for someone seeking genuine flexibility, with the option to work 5 days per week during school hours or 4 full days per week.
You will manage a small, tidy and well-maintained residential portfolio, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service without the pressure of an overwhelming workload.
The Role
- Manage a small, tidy residential property portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate inspections, maintenance and tenancy matters
- Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and general portfolio administration
- Ensure compliance with relevant tenancy legislation
- Deliver exceptional customer service

About You
- Previous residential Property Management experience
- Strong knowledge of QLD tenancy legislation
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, professional and customer-focused approach
- Current QLD real estate registration or licence
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
