1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Speech Pathology with eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia.
2. Relevant graduate clinical experience with community health / general outpatient paediatric caseloads with demonstrated ability to manage a busy and varied caseload.
3. Experience managing paediatric outpatients with complex communication disorders eg severe phonological disorders, specific language impairment, ASD.
4. Ability to work independently and to seek clinical advice as necessary and appropriate for safe clinical practice.
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
6. Experience providing lectures/training to speech pathology students, parents or professional groups.
