Central Clinic, part of Central Healthcare Group, is entering an exciting period of growth and transformation, and we're looking for passionate, motivated and professional Registered Nurses and Enrolled Nurses to join our expanding team across Baw Baw.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse within Central Healthcare Group, you'll work alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses and allied health professionals to deliver exceptional patient-centred care.

Responsibilities may include:

- Patient assessment, triage and clinical care

- Wound management, dressings and assisting minor procedures

- Immunisations, injections and medication administration

- Chronic disease management and care planning

- Assisting GPs with procedures and clinical treatments

- Supporting preventative healthcare and patient education

- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and infection control standards

- Contributing to a positive, collaborative and skilled clinical environment

About You

We're seeking nurses who take pride in delivering excellent patient care and enjoy working within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Essential requirements:

- Current registration with AHPRA

- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

- Commitment to high-quality patient care and safety





- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

- A positive, professional and adaptable approach

Highly regarded:

- Previous experience in general practice, primary care or urgent care

- Experience in wound management, immunisations and chronic disease management

- Relevant immunisation accreditation and clinical competencies

- Experience using Best Practice clinical software
