A brand new salon in the heart of St kilda, we have a beautiful space that is waiting for the right team of legends to make it home. New chapter, a fresh direction and a pretty big vision for what a modern hair salon should look like.

We're building something special, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Hairdresser who wants to be part of it. Salon Manager? Award winner? Just an all round gun? No matter what your future goals are we are here to talk and make them happen.

WHO ARE YOU?

We're looking for an experienced Senior Hairdresser who has the skills to deliver beautiful hair and the personality to make people feel right at home.

You'll probably be our kind of person if you:

- Have at least four years of hairdressing experience and hold a Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent.

- Have strong technical skills and genuinely care about the quality of your work.

- Love colour, cutting, styling and creating hair that makes people feel incredible.

- Experience with hair extensions or the willingness to learn

- Have a good eye for detail and aren't afraid of a challenge.

- Know that a successful column is built through consistency, client relationships and a little initiative.

- Are reliable, organised and take ownership of your responsibilities.

- Can have a laugh, enjoy a bit of banter and don't take yourself too seriously.

- Are generous with your knowledge and happy to support the people around you.

- Can take feedback, give feedback and understand that there's always room to improve.

- Want to be part of building something, not just turn up and go home.

You don't have to be the loudest person in the room. You don't have to be everyone's best friend. But you do need to bring something to the team.
