WOWAPPS is looking for two appointment setters to join our Gold Coast team. If you enjoy meeting people, back yourself to start a conversation and want to build a skill you can take forward, this could be your next move.

The team you’ll join

Expect a fun, energetic team that backs each other. You’ll work alongside sales and customer service, with training, practical coaching and support as you find your feet. We like people who get involved, learn from feedback and celebrate each other’s progress.

What you’ll actually do

- Make outbound phone calls throughout the day and start new conversations.

- Ask good questions, listen and qualify genuine interest.

- Follow up, keep accurate notes and work towards calling and appointment targets.

This is a hands-on phone role. You’ll need to be comfortable making plenty of calls, hearing “no” and moving on to the next conversation. Your focus is qualification and bookings; prior closing skills aren’t required.

You’ll need to communicate clearly, listen well, stay organised and be reliable. Show us that you’re willing to learn, take feedback and put in consistent effort towards your targets.

The practical bits

Two full-time positions. Burleigh Waters, Gold Coast. Every rostered hour is worked onsite in our office.
