Ppl People are proud to partner with an established national Property and Facilities Management business to appoint a Facilities Manager based in Townsville.

You'll be the sole Facilities Manager on the ground in Townsville, overseeing a portfolio of commercial assets primarily located in Townsville, with occasional travel to Mackay and Cairns.
Backed by an experienced national team, you'll have the independence to manage your portfolio while benefiting from ongoing support, professional development and the potential for future equity in the business.
The Role

- Oversee facilities management across a portfolio of commercial assets
- Coordinate contractors, maintenance, compliance and capital works
- Build robust relationships with clients, tenants and service providers
- Manage budgets, preventative maintenance and operational requirements
- Travel occasionally to Mackay and Cairns for site inspections

About You





- Experience in Facilities Management, ideally across commercial property
- Strong contractor management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Confident working autonomously and taking ownership of a portfolio
- Organised, proactive and commercially minded
- Based in Townsville or open to relocating
