Experienced Civil Operator – Benalla

James Civil Group is a locally owned and operated civil construction business based in Benalla, delivering civil infrastructure projects across Northeast Victoria and the Goulburn Valley.

We are seeking an experienced Civil Operator to join our team in a role based in Benalla.

This position would suit an experienced operator with a strong civil construction background in land development and bulk earthworks who is confident and skilled working across a range of plant.

What we’re looking for:

· Minimum 5 years’ experience working on civil construction sites

· Strong excavator skills and experience

· Experience in civil earthworks,



road construction, drainage and general civil works

· Ability and willingness to operate a range of civil plant and equipment

· Ability to work efficiently to levels, plans and site requirements

· Robust understanding of site safety and safe plant operation

· Current driver’s licence, construction Induction Card (White Card) & operator tickets
