We are partnering with a leading telecommuications organisation looking to bring on an experienced Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support a busy and varied recruitment function.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the operational and delivery side of recruitment, working across a range of roles and supporting the TA team to keep recruitment processes moving efficiently.

Working closely with the broader Talent Acquisition team, you will provide hands-on support across candidate screening, job advertising and interview coordination, helping to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process from application through to interview.

The Role

- Support candidate screening and shortlisting across a variety of roles and business areas.

- Manage job postings and advertising across relevant recruitment platforms.

- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the process.

- Support the TA team with recruitment administration and day-to-day delivery.

- Assist with progressing candidates through the recruitment lifecycle efficiently.





- Work collaboratively with hiring teams and internal stakeholders to ensure a positive candidate experience.

About You

- Previous experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment coordination or sourcing.

- Robust experience reviewing applications, screening candidates and identifying suitable talent.

- Confident managing interview coordination and candidate communication.

- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles and competing priorities.

- A proactive and hands-on approach, with strong attention to detail.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced TA environment supporting a broad range of vacancies.

Contract Details

- $500 per day.

- Contract through to the end of March 2027.

- Immediate start preferred.
