Our Client is looking for a Mandarin-speaking Case Manager Supervisor to lead a Case Management team supporting largely Chinese client base, overseeing the delivery of the Support at Home program. This is an prospect to develop your team, improve services and build trusted relationships with the community.

A role where your leadership makes a difference Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll guide a team of Case Managers to deliver personalised care that respects each client’s goals, cultural preferences and choices.
You’ll combine hands-on team leadership with opportunities to improve services, solve complex problems and help older people navigate aged care with confidence.

In this role, you will:

- Lead and develop your team, providing coaching, supporting recruitment and induction, and keeping workloads balanced.
- Oversee quality care management, including client assessments, care plans, budgets and regular engagement.
- Build trust with Mandarin-speaking clients and families, helping them understand their options and feel confident in their care.
- Improve how services are delivered, identifying workflow gaps and turning feedback and performance data into practical improvements.
- Manage complaints and incidents with empathy, sound judgement and a focus on resolution.
- Work closely with the Registered Nurse team,



ensuring clinical concerns are promptly referred and appropriately managed.

This is a non-clinical leadership role, working in close partnership with an in-house nursing team.

What you’ll bring
You may be an experienced Case Manager ready to step into leadership, or an established team leader looking for a role where your language skills have a direct impact.

What we are looking for:

- Fluency in Mandarin, alongside strong English communication skills, to support clients, families and colleagues.
- Around two to three years’ experience in aged care in a clinical or leadership capacity, with community care experience.
- Experience in care management and an understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards.
- The ability to coach, motivate and support a results driven team.
- Confidence managing competing priorities, resolving problems and having sensitive conversations.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.

Experience with Support at Home or Home Care Packages will be highly regarded, as will relevant qualifications in community services, case management, ageing, nursing or a related discipline.
