At Kerin Strata Lawyers, we are a boutique law firm specialising in strata and community title law. We act for owners corporations, strata managers and property professionals across New South Wales, providing practical and commercially focused legal advice.
As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a Junior Lawyer (0-5 years PAE) to join our close-knit team.
About the Role
Working directly with experienced strata lawyers, you will be involved in:
- Advising owners corporations and strata managers
- NSW and ACT Supreme Court proceedings and ACAT and NCAT proceedings
- Drafting legal correspondence and advices
- Attending client meetings
- Building strong client relationships
This role offers substantial hands-on experience and responsibility from an early stage in your career.

About You
You will ideally possess:
- Admission as a Solicitor in Recent South Wales (or eligibility for admission shortly)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Sound organisational skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- An interest in property, strata or litigation law
Previous experience in strata, property or litigation matters is advantageous but not essential.
