- Lead the delivery of a $4M construction and fit-out project

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to take the lead on a $4 million construction and fit-out project in Tomago. The project includes the installation of a lift shaft and will be delivered within an active operational environment. You’ll work closely with the client, subcontractors and project stakeholders to coordinate works, maintain solid safety standards and keep the project progressing in line with programme requirements.
What you’ll be doing
- Oversee the day-to-day delivery of the project and coordinate site activities
- Supervise fit-out, lift shaft installation and associated construction works
- Coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain workflow and programme requirements
- Work closely with the client’s Operations Manager to plan works and minimise disruption to ongoing operations
- Maintain strong WHS standards and oversee staged works through to handover
What we’re looking for
- Certificate III in Carpentry
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor across commercial construction and fit-out projects
- Experience managing subcontractors and projects of a similar scale and complexity
- Strong understanding of WHS requirements and working within active operational environments
- Confident communication,
stakeholder coordination, planning and practical problem-solving skills
