An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a highly regarded organisation within the infrastructure and property sector on an initial six-month contract.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in delivering a high-profile, enterprise-wide AI and technology transformation program, working closely with the Head of IT and an appointed IT advisory partner.

The organisation is undertaking a range of technology and business improvement initiatives, with a particular focus on developing and implementing its AI strategy. This includes the rollout of Microsoft Copilot, identifying and implementing practical AI use cases across the business, and supporting the associated change management activities to drive adoption.
You'll be joining a relatively small internal technology and project team, supported by a broader network of contractors and specialist resources. The organisation is progressing a diverse range of initiatives and is continuing to evolve its project delivery capability.

The Opportunity Working as an internal Project Manager, you will partner closely with senior stakeholders, the IT leadership team and external delivery partners to coordinate and drive a diverse portfolio of technology and business projects.

While the AI strategy implementation will be a key priority, you will also have exposure to a broader range of initiatives across the organisation, providing variety and the opportunity to make a tangible impact.
Key responsibilities will include:

- Leading the delivery of an enterprise-wide AI strategy implementation,



including Microsoft Copilot rollout and the identification and implementation of AI use cases.
- Working alongside an appointed IT advisory firm to drive delivery outcomes and ensure successful implementation.
- Managing stakeholder engagement and change management activities to support technology adoption across the business.
- Coordinating multiple concurrent technology and business improvement projects, balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
- Working closely with the Head of IT and senior business stakeholders to provide delivery support, reporting and project oversight.
- Engaging with external contractors, business analysts and other project resources to drive successful project outcomes.

About You You will be an experienced Project Manager who is comfortable operating in a traditional project delivery environment, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and engage effectively across a broad stakeholder group.

You will ideally bring:

- Proven experience delivering technology and business transformation projects within complex organisations.
- Experience implementing AI initiatives, ideally including Microsoft Copilot rollouts, AI use cases or broader AI transformation strategies.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work across business and technology teams.
- Experience working with external IT advisory firms, contractors and project delivery resources.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from smaller initiatives through to high-profile, enterprise-wide programs.
- Strong communication, organisation and change management capabilities.
- A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to operate in a lean internal team and get involved wherever required.
