Client Services Officer

This is an exciting opportunity to join Lambourne Partners' Wealth in our Client Services team. In this full time role based in our Hamilton, NSW office you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our team of Advisors.

What you will be doing

You will be working closely with our Advisors to deliver client service in an accurate and timely manner in line with compliance requirements.

- Support the team with administrative requirements to ensure client deadlines are met

- Manage Advisor diaries, including scheduling and confirming client appointments

- Communicate effectively with Advisors, clients, and the team

- Implement advice as requested by the Advisors and planners, including placing trades

- Process applications, forms and requests with product providers and platforms accurately and on time

- Generate reports to support the client review process

- Use your initiative to improve efficiencies in all areas of administration

What we are looking for

A motivated team player who genuinely cares for our clients with:

- Excellent communication skills

- Minimum of 2 plus years’ experience in a similar role within a Wealth team

- The ability to look for efficiencies and be flexible in a changing environment





- High attention to detail with accuracy when entering data for documentation

- Strong organisation and time management, with the ability to manage competing priorities for multiple Advisors

- Demonstrated experience using Xplan and Worksorted

- Analytical and research skills to support report preparation and client file requirements

- A relevant qualification, such as a Certificate IV in Business or Diploma in Financial Services
