About The Role:

Working within the Marketing team, the Social Media Co-ordinator will own the day-to-day social presence of our four venues: Norths Cammeray, The Greens North Sydney, The Verandah Beecroft and The Alcott.

This is a hands-on, social-first role. You'll plan, create, post and grow our channels across a variety of social media platforms. You will be the person who spots the trend before it peaks and turns it into content that gets our venues talked about.

Our venues come alive over the weekends and that's where the best content happens, so weekend availability is a must for this role.

Your Key Priorities will be to:

- Plan and manage the monthly social content calendar for all four venues alongside the marketing team.
- Create, shoot and edit engaging content: Reels, Stories, carousels and static posts.
- Schedule and publish across Instagram, Facebook and Google Business Profile.
- Capture live content at events, entertainment, functions and promotions, including weekends and evenings.
- Stay across trends, trending audio, new formats and hospitality content, and bring fresh ideas to the table every week.
- Write sharp, on-brand captions while keeping each venue's distinct look and voice.
- Manage community engagement: replying to comments and DMs, and engaging with local accounts, creators and partners.




- Work with venue managers, chefs and the events team to gather content and promote what's on.
- Support influencer and creator collaborations and boosted/paid social posts.

The Candidate:

- A portfolio or examples of your content (desirable). It doesn't have to be for a real business: mock Reels, TikToks or posts you've created to show your style are just as welcome.
- Comfortable juggling multiple accounts or brands at the same time.
- Confident shooting and editing short-form video on a phone (e.g. CapCut, Instagram Edits, Canva).
- A genuine love of social media and a strong eye for what's trending and what will work.
- Creative copywriting skills with a fun, on-brand tone.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and scheduling tools (desirable, not essential).
- Highly organised, able to juggle deadlines across four venues, with strong attention to detail.
- Available to work weekends and some evenings (essential).
- Marketing or Communications qualification (desirable, not essential).
- Driver's licence and own car to move between venues (desirable).
