About the Role
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive experience while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our practice.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting patients and providing friendly, professional customer service.
- Managing appointments, bookings and patient enquiries.
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Managing patient records and maintaining accurate information.
- Processing payments and private health insurance claims.
- Processing patient accounts and assisting with administrative duties.
- Liaising with clinicians and supporting the daily operations of the practice.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and welcoming reception area.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable and professional.
- Reliable, organised and able to multitask.
- An excellent communicator with strong customer service skills.
- Confident using computers and learning recent software.
- Well-presented with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Motivated to learn and develop professionally.
Previous dental reception or medical administration experience would be an advantage, but is not essential. Full training will be provided for the right applicant.
