About Trilogy

At Trilogy Disability Services, we're a boutique NDIS provider based on the beautiful Central Coast. We're passionate about providing quality, person-centred support to people with disability through our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes and respite services for children and adults.

We're looking for experienced, caring and reliable Disability Support Workers who are passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of the people we support.

About the Role

You'll be supporting our participants, primarily young people with disability and/or complex behavioural needs, in their homes and out in the community.

No two days are the same! From supporting daily living and personal care to encouraging independence and enjoying community activities, you'll play an important role in helping our participants live meaningful and fulfilling lives.

We operate a 24/7 roster and are looking for people with flexibility and availability across mornings, afternoons, evenings, overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities

- Providing personal care and daily living support.

- Medication administration.

- Bowel and continence care.

- Manual handling, including hoist transfers.

- Domestic assistance and meal preparation.

- Community access and transport.

- Using assistive technologies.

- Following individual support plans and behaviour support plans.

What You'll Bring

- Certificate III or higher in Individual Support,



Disability, Mental Health or a related field.

- Previous experience as a Disability Support Worker.

- Current Working With Children Check (paid employment).

- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.

- Current First Aid and CPR certificates.

- Current NSW Driver's Licence.

- National Police Check issued within the last three months.

- Ongoing Australian working rights.

Bonus Skills & Experience

We'd particularly love to hear from applicants with experience in:

- Supporting people with mental health or complex behavioural needs.

- Medication administration.

- Youth or Mental Health First Aid.

- Personal care and manual handling.

- PART or MAPA training.

- Additional qualifications in Community Services, Mental Health, AIN or Individual Support.
