About The Role

- Accurately enter, transcribe and update information across customer databases, ensuring data integrity

- Prepare, scan and process physical documents using high-speed, wide-format and flatbed scanning equipment

- Complete document conversion, including micrographics processing, in line with established procedures

- Quality check, name, index, and electronically file scanned documents, ensuring accuracy and consistency

- Identify and escalate discrepancies or issues, maintaining accurate records and completing all required paperwork

About You

- Proven ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high data accuracy and compliance with quality benchmarks

- Proficient in data entry, validation, and quality control using specialised or proprietary software systems

- Skilled in interpreting and executing detailed technical instructions with minimal supervision





- Capable of identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving data inconsistencies or processing errors in real time

- Strong collaborator with cross-functional teams to support seamless workflow integration and operational efficiency
