When someone in Sydney books a new air conditioning install with Alliance Climate Control, install day is the day they've been waiting for — often for weeks. Crew arrives, house gets cooler, and it all runs because someone in the office made sure every piece of it — the schedule, the equipment, the sparky, the deposit, the access details — was locked in before the van left the warehouse.

That's the Installation Coordinator seat. And with 2,690+ 4.9-star reviews and a growing install schedule, we're looking for someone great to fill it.

You're probably this person if...

You're the one who quietly runs the plan. You like knowing what's happening next Tuesday, not just next hour. You're warm with customers because install day is a big moment for them — a crew walking through the front door, thousands of dollars changing hands, a new system being fitted — and you want them arriving at that day feeling looked after, not surprised.

You're also the person who won't let a deposit slide, won't send a crew out on a job that isn't ready,

and doesn't mind being the one to say "we can't lock that in until the paperwork's back." You've coordinated before — trades, construction, property, logistics, anywhere with crews, timelines and moving parts — and you know that valuable systems are what turn a busy week into a smooth one.

What you'll be doing

- Scheduling installation crews across the day and the week ahead

- Confirming scope, access and material requirements before install day

- Communicating with customers about bookings, arrival windows and updates

- Following up on quotes and pending jobs alongside the sales team

- Confirming deposits and payments before crews are dispatched

- Managing progress through the day and handling changes as they come up

You'll be backed and supported by our installation manager and the sales team — this seat isn't a solo mission, it's part of a department set up to run well.

Apply with your resume — we'll be in touch within the week.
