The Opportunity
I'm partnering with a growing financial planning firm seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to join their Gold Coast team.

With over 100 staff nationally, this business has built a strong reputation for delivering holistic, fee-for-service advice while maintaining a genuine focus on staff development, wellbeing and career progression.

You'll inherit an existing portfolio of clients and be supported by dedicated paraplanning and administration teams, allowing you to focus on what you do best: building relationships and delivering quality advice.

The client base includes professionals, business owners, families and high-net-worth individuals requiring both straightforward and complex advice.

What You'll Be Doing

- Provide holistic financial advice across investments, superannuation, retirement planning, insurance and estate planning
- Manage and grow an existing client portfolio
- Conduct client meetings and develop tailored advice strategies
- Build long-term client relationships
- Generate new business through referrals and professional networks
- Work collaboratively with support staff and fellow advisers

About You

- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Financial Adviser




- Completed relevant adviser education requirements
- Strong technical and relationship management skills
- Experience delivering holistic advice
- Professional, driven and client-focused
- Experience using Xplan is advantageous
