What You’ll Work On

- Lead and manage a team, overseeing workloads, resources and overall performance.

- Oversee operational activities, ensuring processes are managed effectively and in line with relevant requirements.

- Monitor financial and administrative processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.

- Provide practical guidance and support to professionals navigating operational challenges.

- Prepare reports, advice and recommendations for senior management.

- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, providing guidance and support where required.

Skills & Experience

- At least 15 years PQE

- Lead and supervise a team of professionals

- Conduct and oversee external interventions

- Supervise trust accounts,



ensuring compliance with regulatory and trust accounting requirements.

- Provide guidance and practical support to practitioners experiencing difficulties

- Prepare regulatory reports, legal advice and recommendations for senior management.

- Manage complex stakeholder relationships and provide education on regulatory obligations.

- Identify opportunities to improve team processes, efficiencies and overall service delivery.
