You’ll manage a CA and cadet, own procurement and subcontractor management, and drive variations and negotiations with strong cost reporting and forecasting discipline.

You will be pivotal in ensuring delivery without weekend work, with a transparent progression path toward PM roles and a supportive team environment on-site, in Bankstown, and at the Lower North
