ALDI Australia is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and inspire a team to deliver outstanding customer service. You’ll support the Store Manager across rostering, reporting, and performance coaching to ensure a multi-million-dollar business runs smoothly.

You’ll develop future leaders, uphold safety and cleanliness standards, manage stock and merchandising, and step in to run the store during leave periods.
