Aruma is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Children’s Services to assist young people aged 5–18 who have faced trauma, loss and disruption. You’ll foster safety, trust and growth in a trauma-informed home, supporting school and life-skills while celebrating achievements.

This role requires flexibility for a 24/7 residential setting, with shifts including days, evenings and sleepovers. You’ll work with families and professionals to advocate for each child’s rights and goals.
