The Bureau of Meteorology invites applications for a Willis Island Officer in Charge (OIC) role, a remote posting of about 6 months as part of a four-person team. The successful candidate will lead upper air and surface observations, instrument maintenance, and data quality monitoring while living on Willis Island.

Applicants should have supervisor experience and resilience to work in isolation, with appropriate training provided.
