WesCEF is seeking a team-oriented leader to shape and deliver our HR data & systems roadmap, oversee payroll governance and responsible AI adoption, reporting to the HR Digital & Reward Manager.

You’ll lead the HR Data & Systems team, govern SuccessFactors HRIS, Chris21, Time & Attendance and AskHR, translate business needs into reliable platforms and insights, and partner across HR, Payroll, Finance and IT.
