Scenic Voyages Travel is seeking a Reservation Support Agent to assist customers with inquiries, options, updates, and general support. This is a 100% remote role with full training and ongoing guidance.
You’ll manage reservations from home, organizing schedules around customer needs and learning our systems. Responsibilities include replying to inquiries, researching options, gathering preferences, coordinating reservations, and maintaining accurate records.
