Stepz Fitness Toowong is seeking a Full time Club Manager to lead the daily operations of our Brisbane gym. You’ll be the face of the club, ensuring member satisfaction, handling enquiries, and driving new memberships.

This hands-on role requires a proactive, outgoing personality with strong customer service and sales skills. You’ll work closely with staff and trainers to foster a welcoming, high-energy environment and grow the business.
