ifindtalent is seeking a friendly, proactive Customer Service Officer to join a national law firm from a remote location. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, manage high-volume inquiries, gather information, and guide applicants through the enquiry process with professionalism and empathy.

The role is part time (minimum 20 hours per week), remote after onsite training in the Sydney CBD, with a rotating schedule that includes Saturdays.
